- On Monday, March 18th, beginning at 8:30 a.m., join Luna for a hands-on workshop on Fiber Optic Measurements and Component Testing. Luna’s course rotation will cover optical component test and how it fundamentally relates to optical communication. The OVA 5000 and SRM 5T-50 will be used to demonstrate fast, accurate measurements of IL, PDL, optical phase, GD, CD and PMD. Experiments and discussion will help participants visualize amplitude, phase and polarization dependent behaviors of fiber optic components.
