Manufacturing Quality Control Systems

The QA1000 utilizes the building blocks of the T-Ray™ 2000 to create system that is perfect for the on-line quality assurance demands of manufacturing. The system is housed in an industrial enclosure, with standard 19” rack mount configuration, that includes climate control for greater stability. In addition to the industrial hardening, the QA1000 boasts an integrated laser and high speed scanning capability.

Just like the T-Ray 2000, the QA1000 is capable of both spectroscopy and imaging for a wide variety of applications from tablet coatings to package inspection to void detection and many more.

The QA1000 system includes the T-Ray transmitter and receiver, umbilicals, enclosed system, a one year warranty and on-site installation. Other options include different transceiver configurations and different umbilical lengths. Umbilicals can be up to 30 meters long. This length will allow almost any object to be scanned no matter how large. The QA1000 is a system that is turn-key and easy to use.
