We utilize CAD software for printed circuit board layout and mechanical designs. API’s extensive electrical circuit design capability spans the range of detectors and emitters as individual components or as subassemblies with electronic circuitry. Our electronic documentation system gives our experienced application and design engineers optimal control, employing automated assembly equipment and computer-controlled test systems. Our hybridization capabilities allow the addition of amplifiers and other circuitry to our detectors in hermetic packages.
