OC-192 PIN based products
Picometrix offers a broad line of OC-192 PIN based receivers and detectors capable of satisfying NRZ and RZ transmission formats, with FEC, for 10 Gbps data rates. These include NRZ formats at 9.952328, 10.66423, and 12.5 Gbps, as well as RZ based formats requiring bandwidths extending to 12.5 GHz. Receiver offerings with either one stage of amplification (TIA) or two stages of amplification (TIA with LA or AGC) are available in one compact package.
OC-192 APD based products
OC-192 APD product offerings provide ultra-high sensitivity receivers, capable of meeting the LR-2 specification of -26 dBm. These receivers satisfy the full range of NRZ and RZ transmission formats, with FEC, for 10 Gbps data rates.
10GbE products
Our broad-wavelength PIN receivers and detectors are sensitive from 750 nm to 1650 nm. They can be either single-mode or multimode fiber coupled and are particularly useful for high-speed test and measurement applications as well as 10-Gb Ethernet and Fiber-Channel applications. One broad wavelength product can be utilized for both short- and long-wavelength applications.
OC-768 products
Our 40 Gbps receiver is capable of NRZ and RZ transmission with low polarization dependant responsivity (< 0.1 dBm), high responsivity (.65 A/W) and high sensitivity (< -9 dBm) in a compact 8-pin package. Receivers are also available with two stages of amplification (TIA with LA) and photodetectors are available with similar specifications up to 60 GHz.
