Our products for the telecommunications market falls into the data communications and test and measurement markets. Our products address the entire range of 2.5, 10 and 40 Gbps optical communication applications utilizing proprietary PIN, APD and waveguide photodiodes. Bandwidths range from 2 GHz to 60 GHz and cover wavelengths from 400 nm to 1650 nm. We offer a full suite of standard components and instrumentation and the ability to customize products for unique requirements.

Our line of instrument-style detectors or receivers provides our customers with products in a hand-held, metal case for ease of use. The case contains the fiber-coupled module, power-conditioning circuitry, photocurrent monitor, fiber input connector, electronic output connector and power switch with indicator light. All instrument style products utilize our Clean-pulse™ technology to insure a high-fidelity pulse, which is required by demanding test and measurement applications. These products are designed for R&D, as well as the manufacturing floor and can be attached to virtually any diagnostic instrument to provide optical capability.
